At K9 Fertility Stockport, we offer a comprehensive semen analysis for your dog today to determine the potency of your dog’s semen. This can be important for a number of reasons: of course, knowing the potency of your dog’s semen can help to know how well your dog will be able to mate; however, semen potency can also be a good indicator of your dog’s sexual health. Rosie will be able to diagnose a number of different issues that your dog might have when trying to mate, and then we’ll be able to help you through the rest of the process. We use a state-of-the-art SDM1 Photometer to get an accurate reading of your dog’s sperm count and various other factors used to determine the overall semen potency. This process can be very quick and with our experienced team being able to check the results with astonishing accuracy from a single reading, should give you an idea of how your dog will be able to breed, within minutes. Our semen analysis sessions start from £50, and we can provide a percentile Certification for a £15 add on.
